Saypane vs WizWhisp: offline transcription on Windows
WizWhisp is an established offline transcription app in the Microsoft Store. It does one thing, transcribe files on your PC, and does it at a low one-time price. Saypane overlaps on that job and adds dictation and speaker labels. This page uses WizWhisp's website and store listing.

Speaker labels
WizWhisp's own listing says it does not identify different speakers, and one of its one-star reviews names exactly that as the deal breaker. For interviews and meetings, speaker labels are the difference between a wall of text and a usable transcript. Saypane Pro labels each passage Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on.
